Coober Pedy to Uluru

We had a great time at Coober Pedy, we stayed for 1 night. We went to the underground church for Holy Thursday mass, underground bar and Edward found opal as big as a cricket ball on the side walk, he was very excited! Everything is much greener than we expected.

We free camped at Curtain Springs for a night and had a fantastic camp fire, then early in the morning drove to Yulara, where we are now. Today we saw Uluru, we drove around the rock, looked at a waterhole and were amazed at its size! Tonight we are going for a swim at the pool and then to go and watch the sunset at Uluru, it should be good! Tomorrow we are going to walk around the rock and see the Olgas.

All packed up and ready to leave Napperby.

On the way to Coober Pedy.
Drive, drive, drive!

Ten Days Till We Leave.

We spent the day packing the caravan, unpacking the caravan, repacking caravan then taking it all out again. Claire made a marble cake for Edward's birthday tomorrow, hopefully its not as hard as marble!
